In addition, I performed at 3 Coffeehouses at East Greenbush 1st Unted Methodist Church, where we take donations to raise money for local food banks, homeless shelters, etc.
There were about 65 people in Sep., around 90 people in Nov. and around 90 people in Jan. So-oo-ooo... Let's say 145 people, or 290 Ears.
Also, I just told on March 5th to a Youth Group gathering @ my church, and there were about 35 people listening, That makes 70 Ears.
This is accurate to the best of my knowledge, so my total Listening Ears (approximately!) is: 748!!

During the past 8 weeks I've been doing an after school program at madison Elementary with a group of 8 kids. I've told them stories every week, including tomorrow it'll be 9 sessions for a total of 144 of ears.
In South Africa with our Church/Hospice group gathering stories. here's a few from our production company. A total of 2730 counting our TV show estimates.

A listener's ear!!!! On Sept 21st a 48 EAR audience attended Seanachie Nights at Bull Feeny’s pub in Portland Maine to witness Pirate Mark Read’s tale of surivial. A special thanks to Lynne Cullen our host for this venue. Making celebration of "Talk Like A Pirate Day" into a 3 day weekend, Boston storyteller Norah Dooley appeared as pirate Mary Read, telling tales about the people she sailed with in the Golden Age of Piracy, and the wonders of the seven seas. 74 pairs of ears – parents and children – were present yesterday evening, Sept. 9, 2009, for a new playground kick off party at the Bright Horizons in Nashua,NH.
Seacoast Storytellers' Circle meeting held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 from 6:50 PM until 8:50 PM at the Portsmouth Public Library in Portsmouth, NH.
We had open mic for first half of the meeting and I was featured teller for the second half. The total number of people in attendance was four including myself. So four pairs (eight individual) of lovely ears counted. Great stories of childhood experiences, fairytales, and folktales were shared.

Today at Mystic Seaport I told the story of Sir Admiral Clowdisley Shovell - he conquered the Spanish fleet in 1707 and won Gibraltar for the English. Of course, he also lost his entire fleet and nearly 2,000 sailors when he refused to believe his ships were in danger of smashing into the rocks off the Scilly Islands. I had 32 ears in attendance.
